Stepping into Hotel Frances felt like stepping back in time, with its historical charm and warm atmosphere transporting us to another era. the staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home in this iconic building that has been a part of Guadalajara's history since 1610. We were delighted to find that our stay included valet parking, which made exploring the nearby restaurants, bars, and museums just a short walk away even more convenient. the rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views of the city and the Cathedral, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and reflection after a day of sightseeing. The hotel's central location was a major highlight, just a stone's throw away from the main plaza and Guadalajara's iconic Cathedral. The blend of colonial architecture and contemporary design created a unique ambiance that perfectly complemented our exploration of the city. We felt a sense of harmony and tranquility in our spacious room, equipped with modern amenities and offering a view of the bustling streets below. Overall, Hotel Frances was a hidden gem in the heart of Guadalajara, offering a perfect balance of history, comfort, and convenience. It's a place where time slows down, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the beauty of the past while enjoying the modern comforts of today.
